Reno vs. Relocate

Renovate, or just move? That's the question homeowners are asking themselves in this series, and the hosts are trying to sway their decisions. Designer Robin Lewis encourages the unhappy homeowners to stay where they are, and she shows them a digital simulation of their dream renovation, while real estate agent Vanessa Roman is all for changing locations completely, going so far as to walk them through a property that already fulfills their wish list. Then it's decision time. If they choose to renovate, Robin transforms their home into exactly what they want, and Vanessa calculates the increased value of the property; if they decide to move, Vanessa helps them continue the hunt for a new home, and Robin gets the old place ready to be sold.
