In Dingle, Co Kerry, Clodagh goes to the vibrant market in the colourful town. Meeting the Murphy ice cream brothers, a local cheese maker and the famous Doyle's Seafood Bar.
Clodagh goes to Dublin and vists two thriving markets: Temple Bar in the city centre and Dun Laoghaire. Terry McCoy owner of Red Bank Inn, Skerries cooks up a treat.
Clodagh introduces the Tipperary programme from the Rock of Cashel. Known for its rich farmland and orchards Clodagh meets apple and potato growers, organic beef farmers and the cheese makers.
Clodagh heads west to Connemara, visitng Westport's farmers' market, a man who harvests seaweed, a butcher, a salmon smoker and a family who gave up growing mushrooms to farm Artic Charr.
